Sat in the drive thru for 35 min. Pace of service was 5-10 min per car! When I got to the front they said I need to wait at least 5 more min. I don’t get it. It’s literally the easiest menu on the planet. Many employees on staff, all seem to be doing nothing and they didn’t care that everyone was waiting. Just filling up their own sodas and messing around.

Great chicken, toast and fries. Our only downside with this location (in Sept of 2021) was huge lines at the drive through. Their indoor dining and take out was unavailable at that time, so the only option was to use the drive through. The line wrapped around the entire building and back into a second lane. It took about twenty five minutes to get food which was fast considering how long of a line the employees were dealing with. We’ll definitely be back but hopefully the indoor dining will be available.

My family and I recently stopped by Raising Cane’s for a quick meal and it was an excellent experience! The drive-thru service was quick and efficient, and the chicken fingers were as delicious as always – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Cane’s sauce is amazing and it’s a must try. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that we didn’t get to enjoy the dine-in atmosphere, but the drive-thru service was so good that we didn’t mind it at all. I highly recommend Raising Cane’s for a satisfying and delicious meal!

You will walk in and not be greeted or acknowledged by the big group of employees all talking to themselves. You get no greeting or even a thank you. I found ONE table that was semi clean, the rest were very dirty. I would stick to drive thru for this location.

I’m so glad this place opened up. They have the best chicken you can get at a fast food restaurant, hands down. Everyone that works there is very friendly and happy to help you. I don’t know what sets this fast food establishment apart from the others, but they have my guaranteed repeat business for sure!

I stood at the counter for around 5 minutes watching Three employees very loudly argue (Flirt) about the correct way to put a fresh garbage bag in the can, they all knew I was standing there and I made eye contact with each of the three employees, not one of them acknowledged my presence and continued doing whatever they where doing … This was irritating to say the least so I said excuse me a little louder than I would normally all three employees stopped and looked at me one of them not so politely stated “it will just be a minute” and then all three returned to the very difficult task of putting in the garbage bag. And then a fourth employee came around from the kitchen area and saw that there was a customer (Me) at the counter, they acknowledged my presence immediately and apologized for the wait. They retrieved the order that I was there to pick up which had been ready and sitting there the entire time…. Just saying this wasn’t my favorite experience
