This is for us just coming and getting the chicken to go but only thing I don’t like about this Location is the beginning of the line to order the food it’s was seeing too complicated for everyone to figure out which way Is in and which way is out. So I was Suggesting you guys could help the People to Follow the arrow on the floor that will definitely make no mess on the line.

Tiny skinny soggy chicken fingers about the size of the soggy fries that came with it. Pretty sure a raccoon would question eating it. Took a bite of the fries and a bite of the chicken and threw it out. I work outside and work hard and will almost eat anything when hungry but this was a total disappointment. The box weighed more than the food. Went down 42 and ate lunch somewhere else after wasting $11 bucks. Only positive was the drive thru was fast, the employee was friendly.

The food was busting as always, but the lady taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted lemonade. I love the Raising Canes original lemonade, so as you can imagine I was devastated. I also visited during the Post Malone event and they didn’t play a single Post Malone song the entire time. I am actually a distant relative of Mr. Malone so this was deeply disturbing to me. Overall, would visit again.

Shocked to hear how long this location has been open, it runs like everyone started earlier this week. As we waited in line to order a guy complained about the 30 minute wait for his order, With such a limited menu one would think it would run faster & smoother. The cashiers don’t know how to tag orders as a fundraiser yet they advertise on the counter “ask us about fundraiser opportunities”. Order packers visibly frustrated & inappropriately vocal about it. “MOD” was very slow to respond to workers calls for help. Food was good but not necessarily worth the 17 mile drive I made.

Slowest drive thru I’ve experienced, only one of two lanes in use. They make like 4 variations of the same entree, there’s no reason it should take 5+ minutes per car.

Yet another disappointing experience. I ordered achaniac combo with bread substituted for the coleslaw. I drove all the way home and then discovered they had given me two coleslaws and zero toast. I returned to the store and was treated rudely.

The location is nice, but the food was so so. It’s not like how it used to be at other locations. But maybe I just came here on a bad day. On a positive note I loved the restaurant itself. I loved the open windows, but you still have your privacy. I was able to get a table outside on a beautiful evening. It was very loud as you could hear the people from inside, but definitely less noise outside. Well, it was busy at the restaurant, but we stood around the counter and the employees were just meandering around and did not greet us at all. We stood there for a good few minutes until someone finally asked us if we had been helped. Still took someone a hot second to come and ring up our food. Our food did not take too long to come out. I want to say about five minutes give or take for a 6 piece chicken tenders with fries and Texas toast. My boyfriend and I shared the basket and both of our first bites of chicken were rubbery. More than half the basket was rubbery chicken. It was like chewing on a tire. It was horrendous. We had about 2.5 chicken pieces that were normal. Chicken shouldn’t be rubbery like that. Oh and the trash outside was filled to the rim. You had to go inside to throw away all your trash. To leave on another positive note and considering how busy they were inside they managed to keep it clean. There was a young gal who was wiping the counter and area where you get your beverages.

The food is good but it’s a miracle at this location if you get your food within 30 min. Every time I’ve come into this location there are 10-20 people standing around waiting for food and maybe 1 group ordering. Soda machines are empty all the time, drive through is usually a bit faster but for 5 cars it’s going to take at least 20 min.

Very clean. Service was fast and the employees were nice. Food came out steamy hot. This Cane’s has a nice covered outdoor seating area with fans. Overall I was impressed by this store. If you like chicken Fingers this is the place to go! Also the sweet tea is the best you can find around this area.

Tasty and I really zany experience. Very very popular location with excellent outside seating as well as inside seating. The Decour is totally fun. There are three disco balls suspended from the ceiling and their place is very clean. Yes the food was tasty and very hot. It was not as greasy as I expected and the menu is very simple Dash chicken fingers and fries and a drink.
