An inner city fast food spot is never easy. These guys do it right and do it well. Super friendly staff. Fast, fresh and delicious Chicken Fingers, Fries and warm Texas Toast. Decor inside was clean and very cool with a nod to local landmarks like First Avenue and Prince. My first time to a Caine’s and now I get the hype. Well done!

Food was fresh and really good. RC is always winning in that areas. Service we felt a bit rushed to order. We got the large basket with one sauce, when asked for another we were charged. They should give two with the large. Dining area wasn’t clean. The tables needed wiping down. We felt safe. There was a security guard there, very attentive to all moments. We would go back to this location. Just need to make some little adjustments.

The chicken was pretty dry and the fries seemed like they’d been under a heat lamp for a while. Ordered 2 kids meals and a chicken strip and only got the kids meals. The servers at the window were friendly.

Best chicken I’ve eaten in a very long time. They do like to charge for everything though. Very disheartening when I want a refill on lemonade and they want to charge for that. However the chicken makes me keep coming back. Also they have a armed security officer who stands and walks around the restraunt.

I have eaten here multiple times and the food quality is always great! I also had my car break down in their parking lot and I couldn’t say anything but great words about their team and security. They really do offer great service and are genuinely a good company from my experiences. Will always recommend this location!

Went through the drive through, only people in line. Waited 5 minutes at the window. I figured we waited that long because they were making our food fresh. Okay, got home food is cold, fries cold, chicken cold. I only live a few blocks away. So disgusted and disappointed that I paid full price for cold food. I will not be giving y’all a second chance.

Every time I work out I go to canes because I need the protein to recover. I arrive starving and the employees are often not friendly which I don’t care about, I’m just there for the chicken, and sometimes like today they don’t actually seem to put my order in. Today they left my food, which wasn’t even what I ordered on the counter and served everyone else. I kept asking if it was my food and after a half hour of being patient looking at my food on the counter they gave me Luke warm food that wasn’t my order and didn’t apologize or offer to refund me. This is not the first time.
