The chicken was good and the french fries were hot and so fresh. BUT… the manager who was working the counter at the time and also who took my order had ZERO personality! As I approached the counter he didn’t greet me or say one welcoming word. I understand we all have bad days but you have to learn how to not let the bad days shadow on to customers.

On July 26th at 11:30 am I visited and couldn’t believe the amount of water all over the floor that started near the restrooms and was puddled throughout the restaurant. I asked the counter guy if the place was flooded from the rains 10 hours ago he stated he didn’t even know there was water anywhere and was unaware of how it got there. He went and looked at the water and then went to the back area and told other employees. Over the next 30 minutes, the water was not dealt with at all and could have been cleaned up with a mop and bucket instead of us walking through it, leaving ugly footprints throughout the entire restaurant.

Most days, it’s a 5 star experience. But my most recent visit, I got dry chicken and no dipping sauce. It’s very disappointing when you guys keep raising prices, but the service keeps getting worse. I’m done with Cane’s for a while.

We are not from anywhere that has a Raising Canes but have heard of this place before and wanted to give it a shot. We were not disappointed. These were the best chicken fingers we’ve had from any fast food locations. The sauce was super good as well. Employees were nice. Would recommend for sure and maybe someday this place will open a location closer to where we live.
