The food was hot and fresh, and the service was pleasant but the lobby needed attention badly. The tables and seating were all dirty and there was a caution sign in the middle of the floor with excessive water on the floor which could have been dangerous because there were a lot of small kids. I had to ask one of the workers to clean the tables and seating so we could sit and eat our food. Overall the food and staff were nice.

Drive thru was all the way around the building so I parked and went inside. Took about 5 minutes to order make my drink and get my food service was great food was great. My only shock was how expensive the 6 piece tender meal has become. Ordered it with an upgraded large drink and extra cole slaw total almost $19 WOW

This was by far the worst canes experience I have ever had. First of all the girl in the drivethru that wears glasses needs to be fired because she seemed very uneducated when taking my order. There was a HAIR in my food so I called for a remake and spoke with a very nasty and rude manager (female).. I asked her nicely if someone can grab the food from the car (because I have my sick baby with me) and bring me the remake I mean it is the very LEAST you can do for me since you are the one that messed up my food. The manager told me no even after explaining to her my situation. So had to get back into a VERY long line and get the remake and even still the Hispanic girl with the glasses in the drive thru was very rude and told me she didn’t want to see the hair that was put in my food and said I need to just keep it. As someone that has worked at canes before I was really disappointed in this particular store. The Laplace canes that I worked at would have NEVER delivered that kind of service period. The female manager I spoke with on the phone and most DEFINITELY the Hispanic girl with the glasses need to both be fired.

Girl in front struggled to take order and when she asked the ppl in the back to help 3 of them jus say their laughing and mocking her in front of all the customers, not to me mention my order was supposed to be ready for pickup B4 I arrived and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes and had to ask for order.
