I dine in often and enjoy the fresh food. The employees are always nice and welcoming. Today I experienced something different, the chicken tenders were smaller. I expect the tenders to be the same size every time I order. I need consistency. The chicken tenders need to be either be one way or the other. It creates conflict. Supplier need to be notified ASAP!

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Get to the window, employee hands us a bag, then immediately takes it and says it isn’t ours. Closes window. Few minutes later hands us back the SAME bag. They forgot our coke.

I went in yesterday and placed 2 orders. The atmosphere was rough not due to the employees management it was due to customers. I think the staff and management handled things well. The food was fresh served in a timely manner despite the circumstances. I truly felt bad for the manager and the employees for having to deal with customers being rude and even threatening to them. The manager apologies to my God child and I and even walked us out. I thought that was super kind and responsible of him to make sure the customers were safe from the other customers causing issues. I would go back there anytime and can only hope it’s the same people working. Also went into the bathroom and it was very clean as well.

As always, fresh, tender, juicy chicken breast with a light batter. The caniac sauce on top is what sets it off! Good job Canes!

I had a mostly good experience at this Canes. Service was friendly and prompt. My 3 Finger Combo was ready just as I finished getting my drink and ketchup. You couldn’t as for it to be any faster than that. The chicken, fries and bread were all fresh and hot. One odd thing was two Canes employees, apparently on break, eating their dinner at the next table and it was take out from another restaurant. That didn’t really bother me, but I found it unusual. Minus one star for the poor location on Carrollton. There was one guy lying on the bench by the front door looking homeless and talking to himself. I don’t know if Canes can do anything about that, but it makes me want to go to a different location next time.

I had a bad experience at this location…I ordered food through the drive thru…and as I started to eat the fingers they were extremely sallty! I couldn’t even eat them. I called the location to advise them of the issue they were very rude and hung the phone up on me, as I repeatedly ask for a Manager. I suffer with high blood pressure and this is the first time I had extremely salty food… I just wanted to make them aware of the issue. But instead I got a slap in the face!!!!! Never again will I eat here!!! Hire new people please if you want business!!!!

Ummmmm I don’t know what the hype is about. Raising canes is overpriced and overrated. Only chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich sold here. The sauce makes everything better. 6 chicken fingers, fries toast and a drink for $17????? Not worth it. Only went because my daughter wanted to try it… never again.

Very slow drive through. Employee was really short with me. Didn’t give me a receipt for my order so I couldn’t do their online review. The chicken was average for this chicken chain.
