4 stars for atmosphere because it’s just mall food court seating. Chicken however, was some of the juiciest and most tender chicken fingers I’ve ever had. The dipping sauce was also delicious and I loved the addition of black pepper or whatever seasoning it was in there that they used to give it additional flavor. Not a huge fan of fries so I didn’t care for any but the Texas toast was good. Also coleslaw was good.

Long line due to multiple conferences in the area, but it moved quickly and food was ready super fast. Chicken pieces are smaller here than other Cane’s but still good.

This was the best location between the ones I have tried in Charleston, SC. The tenders were small but crispy and flavorful. The fries had the right amount of salt. The sweet tea was good… they didn’t have any lemon but put a little lemonade in the tea for me. The sauce was good too.

My experience here was great. For a first time Raising Cane’s experience, I was thoroughly pleased that the food lived up to the hype.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and found it challenging to have any food delivery services actually work. So we visited the mall. Saw the line here was extremely long so decided to try it. It was good. Staff were good food was priced okay.

Considering how the pandemic has had devastating affect on us all, you wouldn’t know it by the EXCELLENT CREW BEHIND THE COUNTER! Quality product prepared according to representation. Great Customer service & efficient order receipt.
