They always mess up orders at this Edmond location! Don’t ever use the DoorDash services to get food here! 2 out of the 3 times, they had items missing from my order! It could have been the staff or the driver! But you figure there would be better accountability in ensuring that the customer is getting everything they paid for!

I think the chicken is very good. It’s juicy and the fries are always crispy. if you’re looking for good tenders this is it. I just wish I’d get white gravy with mine instead of the Cains sauce. Worth eating for something quick.

i used to LOVE canes. it was a weekly meal for me, but not anymore. my last three experiences have been pretty subpar. food has been cold, chicken has tasted sketchy (each time), and fries have been stale. my boyfriend has gotten sick after eating it each time he has gone, but i just figured he was drawing unfair conclusions. i hadn’t eaten the meal with him and didn’t understand his reasoning, unfortunately now i do.

Great food and pretty good service. Their operator is not very friendly or nice but fortunately we’ve only seen him once. He is also not too nice to the employees. He does not know how to deliver good customer service at all. Fortunately their employees are pretty friendly. They have better tea than other locations.

From the moment we walked in, Amanda S. Made our experience amazing. She knew the best combo to ring up when I described what I wanted. She hasn’t stopped cleaning, assisting customers in the lobby, and taking customer’s orders. She has done this all with a smile. The food was scrumptious! I will be back!
