This is a 3 piece nugget meal, not a 3 chicken finger meal, and for $9.78. I realize they aren’t all the same size coming off the chicken, but why are all 3 in my box bite size? Either everyone is getting ripped off, or I am just unlucky, either way I’m not happy about it.

I went thru the drive thru and ill admit my order takes a while, I get 4 pieces of toast BoB’d so I always pull to the door no problem. I am out there for almost 20 minutes before a woman comes to ask if I am waiting on an order so I tell her I am. She goes in, and I expect my food soon, another 15 minutes go by so I kill my car and go inside where I am informed my card declined so they couldn’t serve me? Yet you couldn’t come and inform me? Why would you leave a customer waiting outside of your store for over half an hour without informing them? This is just poor management and customer service skills by a lazy team. My card also did not decline and when I showed him my receipt he read it over then asked if this was all I needed. The food I paid for? Yes I need that, and maybe an apology for the 45 minute wait for canes. Unfortunately this business will still receive my business for now.

The menu says “Chicken Fingers” but they’re more like chicken nuggets at best. $8 for a 3 finger combo feels like a rip off. The first time we went to this location a few months ago, I felt like I got a good value for my dollar. Every visit since then, the chicken has gotten smaller and smaller and smaller, and most recently the fry portions have shrunk too. I didn’t get a picture but my meal came with maybe 1 potatoes’ worth of fries, and that’s being generous. The chicken fingers look like something you’d see on a kids menu. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My wife and I came in and ordered a tailgate, service was great as always and the food tasted wonderful! But the sauce was missing . Called the store and they made sure they made it right, went above and beyond to fix this simple human mistake! I really don’t know why I love this place, but I do. The fries are always cooked perfectly, the toast is SSOOOO good, and don’t get me started on their sauce. The chicken is very bland at best, but when you pair it with that sauce, it becomes this magical mixture that gives you glimpses of heaven with every bite. The customer service is always wonderful, the food is always great. They were a little behind on taking out the trash, and it was overflowing, but it didn’t take away from my experience any.

1st shift cooks food good and give great customer service, the closing crew sucks. Requested my chicken be well done, received soggy food. Asked for a refund and was told by a manger they couldn’t because the worker with no brain didn’t give me a receipt. Only recommend eating around opening-3…night crew lacks hospitality and hard work..,

Ordered for curbside pickup. After more than 20 mins of no food I was about to leave when I saw the guy next to me go in. I did the same only to find the food just sitting in a shelf, clearly marked with the vehicle that it was to be brought to. By that time it was cold. If I wanted cold chicken I could have saved myself the money and opened the refrigerator at home.
