First time at canes…chicken was good portions good.. price a lil bit high… Only canes sauce offered I guess this is standard…ok no problem.. place was filthy. Huge puddle in front of the order counter ..place wasn’t busy so I don’t know why it wasn’t cleaned up… table all needed to be wiped down… So we ate outside instead..

I’ve always had awesome service and my order has always been correct. However, today when I went through the drive thru I was given the incorrect drink and when I went inside to have them correct it the girl at the counter acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to get me an unsweetened tea like I had ordered. She finally went and got it and when I asked her what I should do with the one I received, her reply was “whatever you feel like. I don’t care”. This is the very first time I’ve ever been treated like this or had bad service. I’m sure she was just having a bad day but still. She needs to put her attitude in check

Service sucks ordered a 4 pc with 3 canes sauce and no coleslaw or bread, I got a 3 pc with 1 single sauce and they gave me the bread, literally nothing that I asked for after assuring me they gave me the right one, ridiculous
