I just had the worst experience with one of the female workers here. She knew the sign was up that said credit card holders this way and said she would eventually get it but this lane was closed and I had to go around. So I went around and as soon as I did she had sent a young man over to take the orders of those behind me.

Absolutely terrible pick up experience. I ordered a tailgater with 25 tenders extra extra crispy tenders, 6 fries, 2 cole slaws. Literally all my chicken was just to par and definitely not crispy let alone extra crispy. All fries were soggy to the point they almost had a translucent color from being asorbed in grease. Honestly we love canes but can’t say I’ll ever be back to this location.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The wait, even after the lunch rush, was unreal. Ordered 2 large combos and was given mediums. Asked and paid for extra sauce and received none. Sandwiches are supposed to have lettuce and sauce, I received a minimal amount of sauce and a shred of lettuce that was more insulting than nutritious. These food workers do not deserve a livable wage, let alone the minimum wage. Don’t waste your time.

I come to canes a lot, many different locations. This one looks the nicest, but always has bad service and food. I order naked bird every time and they make me regular. Have to have them redo it, then I get it and they will forget to put the sauce with it, so I have to go back and ask for that. The food is always cool and doesn’t taste fresh at this location. Every time I come I know what’s going to happen, my friend and I joke about it every time we come here. We will be going to a different location for now on. Tired of giving it “another chance”
