Ordered sandwich combo; chicken tenders were small and warm, fries were cold and starting to get hard, Sweet tea had sooo many tea grains that I had to spit each sip out. I ended up pouring the sweet tea out and the bottom of the cup was filled with tea grains. This was the worse visit to this raising canes.

Went to get my daughter canes and when I got home she showed me what they gave her instead of her meal ! I don’t know if they thought this was funny or what. I don’t live close by there so I had to drive all the way back and get this sorted out … this was not okay !

Nice clean establishment, food is good, Need help at night, But seems like only Hiring Mexicans. Also check your order because every now and then they will Cheat you out of a strip. I got a 6 piece and they only gave me 5 strips.

Bad service asked for butter on both sides of my bread and they told me there was an extra charge ps none of my bread was buttered on both sides when asked to make sure if my bread was buttered on both sides she gave me an attitude about it absolutely disappointed with the staff at raising canes

Awful. Seriously, I don’t get the attraction to this restaurant chain! Only sell dried out chicken tenders, nasty French fries and stale Texas toast, and there’s always a line around the building at the drive thru! People’s standards for fried chicken have REALLY taken a nosedive if they consider this place a 5 star restaurant!!
