It was quiet, and it was chill. I walked in this location twice now, and all staff members were really friendly. Almost like Chick-fil-A friendly, so that’s a perk. And I love their rewards program especially because it’s a card. It’s a plastic card, like a debit card but it’s not, that you get to take into the restaurant and earn points for free food.

I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. I like to study here when I’m in the area rather than Starbucks because Cane’s isn’t so loud and crammed together. The food is good. I like that they have outdoor seating as well as a water fountain for dogs. Free refills for dine-in orders.

We ordered the 6 pc chicken fingers with garlic toast, cole slaw, and fries. There wasn’t anything spectacular about the sides or the sauce. I enjoyed the chicken fingers. It is white breast meat cooked juicy. The lemonade is fresh but just not sweet enough for me. The iced tea isn’t as robust as I would like, but it isn’t bad. The place is kept really clean and the service was fast, friendly and polite. I think that’s all I’ll say. I wish I got a kids meal instead. The meal was way too big for two ppl in my opinion.

Kids love the disco ball decorations! We all enjoy the box combo, but trade coleslaw for extra bread slice. Sweet tea ready to rot your teeth. A little pricey for a femily of five but they do offer military discount. And the app will offer deals sometimes.

Great customer service but chicken tenders were small. I used to go all the time to raising Cane’s at LSU. I was super excited to see one here in Killeen. But the chicken though… The sauce didn’t disappoint, was fantastic. Fries were good and a nice portion. But the chicken was kid sized. Just saying. Had I known I would’ve ordered the four piece combo.

Everytime I go to this location I always feel very welcomed and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They had a problem with the cash register, and the manager on duty made sure that the problem was solved ad was extremely friendly and incredible. I can not think of any bad times I’ve every had at this location!
