Most disappointing order I’ve ever gotten was today.. I ordered the 3 finger combo for over 10$ and my god. The 3 tenders I got were so tiny I couldn’t believe they would serve something so thin and tiny.. they use to be bigger. The fries were actually better than the chicken.. , which is sad cause we all know how much raising Cane’s fries suck .the lemonade I got also tasted funky and weird.. I feel like I was robbed . But oh well, I guess I won’t go back here again…

Let me start off by saying the food wasn’t bad, it’s always been pretty good at this location and the staff are nice. The issue my wife and I have with this place is how small the chicken tenders are mixed with the very high prices. I got a caniac combo, 6 piece chicken strips with a small amount of fries, bread and that awesome cane sauce. It was kind of disappointing the strips were small like barely bigger than a mcnugget, for reference this meal was 17.03 after tax that’s a whole lot more money than I would have spent at Dq or Sonic to get their chicken strip meal $10. We agreed to stop going here, the perceived value for the food is just not a good deal to us anymore. I put a dino nugget next to a strip so y’all can see

Unfortunately for the Beaumont locations I worked in Lake Charles for many years before Texas had the first location. The crust is not supposed to taste like the oil has been used at too high. Those of you that have never had Caines in Lake Charles have never tasted the fresh chicken pop that made Caines one of my favorites. Service is always nice and fast. Must be different owners is my guess.

Went in to order to ensure it was not messed up. The order was to go and I live 12 miles away. I ordered 3 three piece meals extra sauce and an extra coleslaw felt assured they could not mess it up since I face to face communicated with the cashier.I get home no extra sauce but charged for it, no extra slaw but charged for it. AND no fries on one order. This seems to be an issue every time I place an order at this Canes.

The person who put fries in the container should’ve seen the MELTED PLASTIC ALL OVER THE FRIES. Took them back and the manager didn’t want to do anything just wanted to give me new food like nothing happened. Asked to fill out a paper and she gave me a laminated paper with a dry erase marker.
