It’s usually hit or miss but today was just the worst experience across the board we have had. First of all it wasn’t busy in fact it was extremely dead, no other cars in drive thru. The girl on the intercom was rushing and cut us off before we could ask for our extra sauces or the large drinks, didn’t say can I get you anything else, just said total and click. So we drive up to the window and my bf asks for the large drinks because he wasn’t able to order them. We usually get the post Malone cups so he asked if they had them and she pointed to the sign and said it says it right there. She was obviously annoyed and had to redo the order and before even finishing paying they handed us the food which cool, it was quick but it’s never that quick. So we get home and no wonder it was quick. The chicken was lukewarm at best and hardening already. The fries I swear taste like straight old oil, no salt, no potato. Just oil. I had one and spit it out it was so bad. Toast was okay, not warm but tastes like normal toast. We usually go to this location because Alamo ranch is so busy but yikes. First time trying this place. Visiting from out of town and we don’t have raising canes back home. A great option for a quick, filling meal for the family. I ordered the box combo (four tenders, fries, Cole slaw, toast and it was great. The chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce was yummy. Kids loved it too. Staff were friendly and they were so fast! We ordered and paid, they handed us cups and our food was ready before we finished getting our drinks! Will definitely visit again

The quickness of the drive thru line was awesome and the food seemed fresh and tasted great. On top of that, the employees had a long line to cut through and still greeted, charged and handed me my order with courtesy and friendliness. Great job to them!

I have been told that I needed to try out Raising Canes sometime. I decided to visit this location today. I went through the drive through order area and they were very nice and the food came out quickly. I ordered a combo meal with four fried chicken strips, fries, and coleslaw. The chicken was really good (hot and freshly made). I actually liked it a lot more than the Chick-Fil-A nearby. The French fries were alright, but the coleslaw had very little flavour (it was just a small part of the meal). The honey mustard sauce was great with the chicken strips.

Canes has good food . I noticed that the chicken pieces are smaller, and they get cheap with the fries and cane sauce. The employees are, for the most part friendly, but some of them haven’t got the memo on customer service, or saying thank you!

My family and I enjoy the food. This location has inpressed me with the food and the great service. When ordering a large order through drive thru they failed to give us all items ordered. We called when we arrived home and they sent a young man out to deliver the items to our home and provided gift cards on top of that.

I got the the four chicken strip basket combo which was very filling! The food was piping hot which was great! Nothing over cooked and the tea was delicious . I would probably get the three strips next time only because I could barely finish the fourth one lol
