Great food but I can’t wrap my head around why the drive thru takes so long when they only serve one type of food. Been sitting here for 25 minutes. Would have left but once you’re in it, you’re stuck. Definitely will head elsewhere going forward.

Overrated. Crazy long lines and wait for what? Soggy fries that taste like frozen fries from the supermarket, chicken fingers with a tasteless breading and absolutely no crisp, crunch. The most flavored thing is the Cane sauce. Good heavens, overall a complete pass. I can easily name 5 chicken restaurants better than Cane’s. Needless to say, this brief exploration of this “popular” restaurant will be my last.

This is the definition of a 4 star reviewable restaurant. Their food is good, not great, at a decent price. It’s basically like fast food but it’s actually good. Not much else to say, of you like decent chicken tenders eat here. But don’t just go to the drive through, it’s basically choosing to wait 30 minutes for food that really isn’t that good. I only order for pick up and only go at night to avoid the huge crowds.

The chicken would be great if we ever got to eat it. Parking lot/Drive thru is an absolute disaster, last time we went all the way through it took an hour. We sat in the line over 45 minutes and never made it to the ordering window. Will never come to this location again.

I have never waiting in line for almost 45 min for food! They redid their drive through to make it more convenient but in reality it didn’t! They had two lines that went down to 1 and then instead of paying at the first window you paid at the second which takes longer. Definitely not what you would expect for a popular fast food restaurant! And if it’s your “peak hour” you should probably staff better to make things go smoother for customers.

Chicken is probably the most popular dinner you can get and this place stays packed everyday, so much so that people will literally wait 40 minutes to an hour to get into the drive thru, I’m not joking when I say this place is always busy, the product is just that good. 10/10 recommend every time!

Went at 10:30am and needed protein, and had never been to a Cane’s before. We had our meals within 5 minutes of finding a booth, and it was hot and fresh. The fries were glorious – hot, fresh and perfectly golden brown! The chicken was the same but juicy. The restrooms were immaculate. We will be back!
