The food at this location has low vibration! Not it! Worst place I’ve ever eaten from. Uncooked chicken and the bread didn’t have any toast on it , fries where soggy and full of salt. I asked for my money back or a gift card and the manager refused to do either one of my request. If you absolutely love canes, eat at a different location. Thank me later.

The chicken tasted like they dumped a bucket of salt with it, the canes sauce tasted off and the toast wasn’t even grilled, it was oozing butter. Never go to this canes.

Usually everything is good, but this time I went in the drive thru order a caniac combo and a sandwich combo. And I received 2 combo box tenders. I was charger 29 dollars and I didn’t received what I order, I tried calling but he seem very irritated, I decided to just hang up.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We ordered the 25 piece chicken. There was absolutely no flavor, actually it tasted like the grease it’s cooked in I guess.The pieces were very small. For paying over $50 for my meal that doesn’t include fries or bread including drinks I expected more. Cheddar’s family meal for $24 even comes with fries, and bread two sides and honey butter and has way better flavor. Speaking of the drinks there was no ice in the soda machine and the soda was way too syrupy. The honey mustard was gross as well and was very runny. I absolutely do not recommend eating here.

The food can be ok, or really great! If you order your food custom (no coleslaw, extra fries instead, or you bought extra sauce), be sure to check your order; in the past few years I’ve been going here, the order accuracy has greatly improved.

Adding text – chicken was hot and fresh. I had the sandwich and it tasted great. One thing I’d like to see the chain do is provide a few other sauces. I really enjoyed the canes sauce on the sandwich, but I’d like to have something other then ketchup or canes sauce to dip in.
