Great experience at this new location! Raising Canes was initially founded in Louisiana, and as a former Louisiana resident, the service was reminiscent of that southern hospitality! They actually acknowledge your existence once you walk in and help you out right away! There are tons of staff members waiting to greet and assist you. I brought my little brother and this was his first time trying their food! Kids love chicken fingers and fries so he was the real judge here. He loved it just as much as I did. The interior is immaculate and a chill place to hang out. I loved the decor, especially the Elvis portrait and the disco balls. The drive thru looks huge and the lines seem to go fast. Very well managed location and I love how it’s near me. I’d definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!

This place is very nice inside and out. Very clean and well put together! the food is always hot even when my boyfriend & I go 10 min before closing… sorry about that your food is just the best midnight snack! & the employees are always so nice about it. Never a attitude always happy to serve you! It’s great and I wish all fast food restaurants were at the level you all serve here!! Great work. Yummy hot food!!

This is the biggest Raising Cane’s I have ever seen. In fact, it’s the biggest indoor dining room they have in the valley. They have twin drive-thru order service. An extremely friendly staff! Twice we were asked if there’s anything we need while we were dining indoors. Very nicely decorated! Beautifully decorated tabletops, nice variety of indoor seating. We were very impressed with the decor and the cleanliness.

Update, got the chicken finger sandwich combo they are sooo good!!! LET’S GO Cane’s!!! Wow!!! This Cane’s location is great if you are looking to have a large group to take out to eat. The service is so upbeat and friendly!! Now the food !! I ordered the 3 finger combo and everything was hot and fresh and great size. I bit into it and it was soooo juicy!!!! The fries are fresh, crispy and hot!! Now if you love toast mmmmmmm this is the best toast I’ve ever had!! You have to try the butter on both sides !!! I have my place to get Superbowl food!!!

Now I’m not one to give bad feedback. But it just seems like every time me and my husband stop here on Wednesday nights that we never get a full order. Once I asked for extra fries and it wasn’t in the bag, then there was the time our drinks were over filled and running down the cups, then there was the time we didn’t get any drinks (I called and the manager sd to come back and mention his name) and then the other night. HOW ARE YOU GONNA ORDER CANES CHICKEN AND NOT GET ANY SAUCE!!!!!!!!!

Was not busy as it was a Tuesday night after 9pm. We ordered inside, 2 meals to go, and it took 15+ minutes to get our food. The food was great but the wait was ridiculous! They do make a great Arnold Palmer (half sweet tea, half lemonade)!

Just was disappointed with the service. I specifically asked for a large size drink with my meal and received a regular size. So I asked and on receipt it said regular size but that meant I was unheard So I brought this to the cashiers attention and at first she said it would be 22 cents more for the large so I tried to hand her back the regular size for which she says you can keep it. Then closes the window and comes back to say it’s 2.31 for the large. I just said nevermind took my food and left. I strongly feel a customer shouldn’t be penalized for their order not being heard correctly and then she didn’t even read the order back to me before proceeding to the window. Also didn’t even get a toy for the kids meal or a separate bag.

The largest Raising Cane’s I’ve ever seen is this one. The largest indoor dining space they have in the valley, in fact. They have two drive-thrus for taking orders. a very welcoming staff! While we were eating inside, we were twice asked if there was anything else we needed. Beautifully designed! Lovely tables decorations, good selection of indoor chairs. We were quite pleased with the furnishings and cleanliness.
