Food and service was good. Don’t forget to ask them to butter BOTH sides of your Texas toast – it tastes a whole lot better that way. The young lady at the register was very friendly. Their food was deliciously hot when we got it including our fries! I like the disco balls suspended above the family-style table. My only complaint which is consistent with many of their locations in SoCal – the parking lot isn’t big enough to support their traffic – That’s a good sign of good food!

I totally understand that this place just opened in this location. But the service it was extremely slow. I waited for around 15 -20 minutes on the line, and not a single car moved for at least 10 minutes.

I’ve been to more than 10 different canes locations and I have to say the Carson location is one of 2 locations I Have to say are a locations to try to avoid! The food is good as the other locations but if you plan to dine in, good luck finding parking. The employees take up 3/4 of the parking lot. While I was there there were maybe 4 or 5 tables with people and no line at the register, but no where to park. Parking is so bad regular cars are parked in designated parking areas for electric vehicles and mobile order pick up ( which never seems to be available when you order on line) As for the food the chicken is always hot and fresh. The fries are crispy and seasoned well. The Texas toast is so good I get extra toast with my meal!!!

Its just something about this chicken I don’t like. Can’t quite figure it out. This was my third time having it but my first time at this location. Love the area you’re located. I think I would stick to the fries and garlic toast.

Dinner time wasn’t overly crowded. Quick service and well packed to go. Wish they offered other variety of sauces but their signature sauce is good. Definitely worth the drive.

I tried Raising Canes for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The drive thru line was ridiculously long so we went inside. The facility was very clean and very trendy. It was a fun atmosphere with disco balls, ‘One Love’ and modern décor. While they were super busy and it did take a minute to get our food, they were heavily staffed and working hard. The chicken fingers and dipping sauce were delicious. The fries were decent and the lemonade was so good! I can see why its so popular.

I was in the drive thru for about a good 20 to 25 minutes, and they only had one person in the drive thru taking orders. So I decided to cancel my order when I got to the window and the girl at the window had a bad attitude . Which I think was very bad customer service. I saw her complaining behind the window and when the manager came to the window. She was very professional. I feel that your staff needs to be professionally trained a little better on how to act on situations like people canceling orders. I canceled because I didn’t want any cold food . Your service needs to be better

This place engages in fraud. Be careful about your money. They will keep trying to overcharge you. Especially Alicia the cashier. No matter how much you try to correct her she can’t do basic math and she will overcharge you a lot of money. They also make fun of you in the back. Secondly the food was undercooked and not very good. All the other raising canes are amazing.
