I don’t normally venture out to canes as much but this time I did. Nice friendly staff, and I must say that the food came out just a few minutes after we ordered. The strips were on the smaller side unfortunately.

It’s always a hit or miss. I usually get to go orders about 90% of the time. Sometimes they give you little chicken tenders leaving you kinda like what the heck is this, and they can also be skimpy on fries. Canes sauce tho is great.

I’m not from around here but we stopped at this location 2 times in the last month or so. Unfortunately the tenders were very salty and so was the dressing this time. If anybody gets these salty tenders, please inform them ASAP. Other than that, location was good, Service was excellent.

First of all, kudos to the owners for their strategic location planning. We were quite impressed at how efficient the staff was. By the time we turned around to fill our fountain drinks, our orders were ready. The star of the meal was the sauce.

If I could leave it no stars I would, I thought I lived in the GEHHTO until me and my friends/coworkers pulled up to this Canes. They messed with my order and treated me and another person from my group like dogs. I’m never going there again. We came 15 minutes before 3 am because the Canes in City of Industry’s dine in was closed. They were all so unprofessional, we deliberately wait to eat this as a treat and they proceeded to capital F it all the way up. I felt embarrassed for them in the sense that that’s the crew that represents the company. I’d like a refund they would raise the music up and down, they turned off the light on and off in the sense of telling us we weren’t welcomed. We stayed until closing. I saw them serve other people their food. It sucked seeing others get their food on time while mine was deliberately trashed. Most Gehhto Canes I’ve ever presented myself too. They gave me left overs, and it wasn’t time to close yet, poor quality chicken. If I could talk to a representative I would. I genuinely felt discriminated, over a box of chicken.

I got the box as my meal and the fries were amazing and so was the bread and chicken and the worker was nice and the atmosphere was chill because there was not a lot of people even though I do think canes sauce is really overrated

We always do the drive thru here and even if the line is long it still goes by quickly! I have a soy and dairy allergy so it’s nice to have somewhere to eat. Love that they have an allergen menu online
