I haven’t been in a while since we moved from the area, we decided to have lunch here and we’re disappointed in the food. The tenders were as small as my fingers. What happened to the portions here?! I used to love this place. Now it sucks, not what it used to be. More expensive and smaller portions.

I should have read the reviews first. Never eat where the restroom are gross. Especially if the employees use that facility and prepare your food. The workers are just nasty people, inside and out.

Used to come here a lot. Chicken has gotten a lot smaller and price went up. I know its inflation but come on you might as well change the name to chicken nugget than a chicken strip. Theirs more chicken places to go anyway. This is a great sample of corporate greed than customer satisfaction.

Food and service were great. Piping hot chicken and fresh, crispy fries. Much better sitting down to fresh food than ordering pickup and getting soggy fries when I finally make it home to eat. Atmosphere was less than ideal, though. Inside the restaurant was loud and raucous. Music and people were competing to be heard. The ice maker at the drink machine dispensed too fast, so there was a mountain of discarded ice in the tray where everyone dumped their unwanted ice. It started tumbling to the floor. Couldn’t find a clean table for my family to sit at, so we pushed two small tables together. Several patrons, myself included, were begged at to feed the folks outside the front door. Didn’t feel very safe to bring little kids here to eat. We left before we finished eating. Not sure much can be done about the folks outside, cuz they just want to eat and may not be able to help themselves. But the cleanliness and tidiness could definitely be stepped up. Unless they want to pay me to bus and clean their tables for them before I sit down to eat?

I love this place.. it’s usually pretty crowded but the service is great and pretty fast for as many customers that r there. There’s a young man named Neikoli, he was excellent customers. Always will have an excellent referral from me. Yum yum!!

I got a remake of the first orders only to find a hair fried in the chicken strip. When I let them know the manger said I was a liar. When I walked in and showed him the stuck on hair, he offered a replacement of that pice of chicken. Instead of refunding what I originally paid. I was not nice to call me a liar.

I feel it’s justified to update this review. I am always more than fair, and never say anything negative. But the response staff gave is uncalled for and antagonistic, I have a hard time believing the owner was the one who responded. My review was more than fair.
