The one star review is updated. Waiting on one side of a drive thru while the other side gets orders placed. Total failure. Service doesn’t exist at this location. I’m not sure if we will get all of our food, last two time got the order wrong. Someone please build a canes in Riverside so we don’t have to come here again. Kids starving and no joy

The chicken is pretty good but it’s better with Cane’s sauce. They also have honey mustard but it is an extra charge of 42 cents. The fries are a bit dry but the texas toast is tasty. Overall, it is good to try but does not live up to the hype/reputation. I don’t see myself craving this often.
