I used to love this place. Quality has really gone down in the last few months. Chicken fingers are now super small and they have raised prices. Cost/benefit no longer worth it. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Restaurant was also a bit dirty, ice machine didn’t work, and the bathroom I used had a malfunctioning soap dispenser. Cashier was friendly.

Very different from when first opened. Very dissatisfied with their proportions, even ordered a side of fries and it was half empty too! Customer service went downhill with rude drive through staff. Put my drink outside the window where I couldn’t reach instead of handing it to me ( I was not looking away she just didn’t have the human decency to hand me my drink and treated me like a feral animal she doesn’t want to be near ). The main star of the restaurant the toast, they barely butter it anymore and will serve it to you dry.

The food is decent, service is ok. Prices have gone up and the tenders have gotten small. They gave me a “tender” the size of a chicken nugget. If these portions keep looking like a kids meal, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is a welcome addition to the Stockton, California scene. The interior is super clean and colorful. The cashier was very nice. The service was slow. The lady packing the orders needed more help. We bought 2 orders of the Caniac, which each has 6 chicken fingers, cole slaw, fries, large drink, 2 sauces, and a Texas toast. The drive-thru line was very long around 4:50pm. We walked in to order.

Stopped at Cane’s on our way to a concert a couple weeks ago. My kids had been talking about this place and how it’s all over TikTok, so we had to check it out!

This is some of the most delicious perfectly seasoned crispy outside and juicy inside chicken strips I’ve ever tasted. They’re packed with flavor and spices that excites your taste buds and keeps u wanting more with there amazing dipping sauce. My kids love it too.

When they first opened up, they were good. They have fallen off very quickly. They’ve messed up on our order and we were told to come back and get it free. We come back and are greeted with the rudest person taking our order, than by incompetent staff and night manager. We tell them about the issue and what we are supposed to receive per Aloe and they were most confused. Said we should have come in. Took forever to figure it out and then told us that they would look into it and call us and we could come back whenever. Which is interesting because they said multiple times that if it was over so many days it’s removed from the book. So which is it? For some unseasoned chicken, y’all should really try to add more spice to life. Awful experience and really makes me not want to come back!
