I have never had fries this soggy! The sauce taste funky. The chicken is underwhelming in seasonings. Chips up the fries! Season your chicken and get a fresher tasting dipping sauce and your golden. I went through the drive through and the poor lady seemed over worked. Packing an, order, while taking an order, while serving me food. In all seriousness this place needs to up its flavor profile.

I ordered a 3 chk finger combo, they were literally fingersize, no other choices of dipping sauce but their cane sauce and their fries are similar to the frozen ones you buy at a grocery store. I did love their toast it was perfection. No picture of toast cause that was the first thing i ate.

Atmosphere was more for the Young at heart, the service was good, brings me to the Food , I do eat out alot lets start there and with the 3 small sized chicken fingers yes they were Hot unfortunately they were Dry also as for the Special House Sauce I didn’t care for it, in the first place very thin and runny , heavy on the black pepper , went up to the counter asked for some Ranch , they don’t offer that they have only 2 sauces the Special sauce and honey mustard, which was very runny also , now on to the French Fries they were good some crunchy some not lightly salted not bad till I got to the thin runny catchup , I like my catchup thick so it will stick to the Fries & not see through it, the grilled Bread tasted like most restaurants do .. the Soda machine had a Coke no ice , well it did taste like a very Sweet Coke guess it needed the ice to even the flavor out some, this is my opinion alone, Others just seem to love it ..

We had the box combo with 4 chicken strips. We switched out coleslaw for a 2nd bread. Frys and strips came out hot and fresh. Out of the 2 orders, only one chicken strip had a chewy piece in it. Otherwise, the order was great. We drove a long bead dually truck thru drive thru and only had to back up and correct a little at the first left.

Husband – first time going and got the chicken fingers meal. The chicken was juicy, hot and flavorful, best chicken fingers/tenders I ever had, especially with the sauce. The toast was surprisingly good as well but the fries were just ok, good thing we had extra sauce. I’m definitely going back for more.

So why a 3? Well, the chicken pieces are getting smaller. Now I have not been back in 3 months. Before we were going quite often and when the pieces started to get smaller we decided to ditch them. The pricing went up and the pieces for smaller. When they reverse the trend I will go back and update this review. I have heard others are doing the same. The lines are near as long as they used to be.

The customer service on the outside of the building through the drive-through was horrible. The person taking my order was on their phone. They double charged me for my meal and ended up having to talk to a manager because the building took my money, but wasn’t giving my food. However, the inside was nicely decorated and the customer service at the cashier on the inside was good.
