To put it plainly, I don’t know what the hype is about. Popeyes chicken comes out way ahead in pretty much every way. The chicken, while fried pretty well, totally lacked flavor. Disappointed because I was really excited.

I would say this place is overrated. The cane sauce was a no no for me. Wouldn’t come back again. The customer service was great. Food came out fast & HOT. Not much parking in the front so I recommend to park in the back.

Chicken is always fresh and hot. Coleslaw always taste fantastic. The tea and lemonade are to die for. This is a huge upgrade from all the other standard issue chicken places. Then add the special Cane’s sauce… dang good chicken that the whole family loves! Love this place!

What’s the hype with this food chain? I wasn’t impressed…the only saving grace was the chicken. It’s real chicken y’all. It was moist and seasoned and when paired with the sauce it was even better. The Texas toast was not toasted on both sides. Since when does bread get toasted on one side??? The crinkle fries had a lot to be desired. I’ve had better. No seasoning whatsoever. I will say in addition to the chicken being okay, the lemonade and sweet teas are delicious. I won’t be eating at Raising Cane’s again. It filled a hole cause I was hungry

Everything was pretty good just that it was so packed and hard to find a parking. The service was awesome and so was the girl at the register. They do need help in the bathrooms though. It was very dirty and paper everywhere.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to grab a quick bite, let me tell you about my experience at this Raising Canes. I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in during the lunch rush, but the welcoming nature of the store caught me off guard. The cashier was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to take my order. Behind her, the kitchen crew were all focused on their tasks, but at the same time, they were cracking jokes and having fun together. It was refreshing to see everyone working as a team and being happy to do so. I think it has to do with the culture of Canes and management.

Well after waiting 30mins in line to order and receive our food my husband and myself were disappointed. We had been told that this place was amazing but when we got our food it was kind of ugh the chicken was juicy not dry but that’s about all the good I have to say. Nothing special about the food here
