I recently visited Raising Canes and overall, I enjoyed my experience. The food was fresh and tasty, definitely meeting my expectations. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they were out of sweet tea, as it is one of my favorite drinks. Additionally, my order was missing the Texas toast that I had requested. Despite these hiccups, I still enjoyed my meal and would recommend Raising Canes to others. The staff members were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, which added to my positive experience.

Went here for lunch thinking the taste would be like I remembered in Vegas, but it was not. Lol the food was good don’t get me wrong but it wasn’t GOOD. As long as I stood there to wait I thought both my fries and chicken would be hot and crispy… lol The fries were warm and so was the chicken. That’s it. But the customer service was good.

Love this place one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately it’s not close to where I live so when I found out that it was within walking distance of where I was staying I absolutely had to get some. Priced a little higher than where it is on the mainland but still the exact same delicious chicken fingers that you’re used to. I was able to get right in and out of line none of this 2-hour wait business for all the other tourist trap type restaurants so if you need something fast and delicious head to canes!

I heard a lot about this fast food place. My son went to the one on King Street, and said it was amazing. I went to the one Waikiki, and I had an opposite experience first off, the person at the cashier it was weird, he was talking about, how he’s a dancer in Waikiki and I think he was pitching us to go see him dance. Anyway, not the normal Customer Service I’m used to we ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken fingers. I thought it was OK, and the fries were OK. I didn’t find anything great about it . My son told me the one on King Street is much better.
