The ramen was amazingly good! I was hesitant to try the vegan noodles and vegan broth so it took me a while to get ramen from here but when I finally did, I loved it. It’s now a favorite, especially if I’m eating with a vegetarian or vegan friend. I wouldn’t recommend the pork belly bowl though, or at least get it without the mayo. But 5 stars for for the ramen!

Great little ramen spot, their noodles are different from most ramen places I’ve been. They have chili oil on the table which I love. They also sell the soda in the bottles that you have to pop open. Friendly and helpful staff, average pricing.

The noodles I had were stiff and didn’t taste very good. As seen in my picture (and the pictures of others) they’re speckled so I’m thinking they’re made from an alternative flour, maybe whole wheat or buckwheat? Delicious, springy noodles are my favorite part of ramen, so disliking the noodles made the whole thing kind of a slog.

This is really, really good and authentic ramen. I was a little hesitant at first because this was plant based and I usually go for a Tonkatsu broth. But I pushed past my own food insecurities and I’m so glad I did. They recommended the creamy broth as a substitute. The umami flavor was amazing. I was blown away by not only the broths but the texture and lightness of the noodles. I will be returning to try more.

We got take-out ramen here and were disappointed, especially given all the great reviews. We tried both the Garnet and the Garnet Vegan options, as well as the vegan dumplings. The ramen broth for both was bland and the add-on egg, for an extra $3, had a hard-boiled yolk and was not seasoned. The vegan dumplings were quite good, and the best part of the meal with a crunchy exterior and tasty filling, but the ramen was not worth the nearly $20 a bowl we paid. Will probably not return.

I really can’t recommend that anyone goes here. Not unless you are into vegan food with meat (what is that anyway?). I guess the flavor was pretty close to tonkatsu Ramen for being plant based but since it’s vegan soup, it’s not very satiating and within and 30 minutes I was hungry again and there soup is like $20 a bowl probably more after tax and tip. I would strongly recommend that you just check out the animal-based Ramen places in town. Those will be more savory and satiating. Gyoza was meh

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone there was polite and very attentive. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached and helped to a seat. I ordered pork buns as an appetizer and I was a little surprised and impressed by the presentation. It was an open face concept steamed bun, topped with 2 slices of pork and spring mix lettuce drizzled with an umami glaze and sprinkled with sesame seeds. For my Entre I saw they had a combo for any bowl of Ramen and one side for $21.95. I decided to go with Miso Ramen and Spicy Beef Gyoza. Everything showed up promptly after I ordered, several minutes at most. The Gyoza were nice and fresh, still steaming hot from the deep fryer, I enjoyed the seasoning and the spiciness wasn’t overpowering. The Miso Ramen was great the broth had good flavor, although I felt it could have been a bit stronger. The pork was nice and tender and the egg cook perfectly. It was a decent sized bowl as well. All in all i spent under $50 for just myself including tip, however I have a large appetite and most wouldn’t order an appetizer and combo meal for themselves.

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. I was shocked and disappointed by the level of service I received, right from the moment we entered the establishment. My party and I arrived just two minutes before the restaurant’s official opening time, excited to try out the menu. However, instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a rude and offensive encounter with the waiter.

Fast services, phenomenal rice bowl and good deal (still expensive somewhat). Nice spicy cause (but this is a Japanese not Chinese restaurant). May come again if I’m in for $25 for 1600 calories comfort food.
