This is the only Rally’s in Pennsylvania. It is a great place to stop and get some good food. The whole outside was exceptionally clean and looked very nice. The staff who took our order at the walkup window was friendly and nice. Good came out quick and tasted excellent. We can’t wait to come back. This is a great addition to Pittsburgh.

They always make the food so good here. The food is always made fresh and accurately. The guy in the drive thru that uses the sponge bob voice is so funny! He’s polite and works efficiently. I remember asking for a ‘bacon blt’ (which is an actual menu item at Checkers down south), and he said that they did not have this item but could make it. Wow! He’s a great leader, for sure. I’ve encountered him several times and it’s always nice to engage with him, for the couple of minutes I’m there.Also great to see an ‘ear-in’ Rally’s/Checkers bc we don’t have that option down south. ❤️

Whomever was working the window the day I stopped by was amazing! Would 100% return just to talk to this man and bask in his amazing vibes. I didn’t go inside but the drive through was easy enough and moved fast. The food was really fresh actually. Tomatoes, lettuce and onion really CRUNCHED! The fries were delicious as always. This was a good Rally’s. I’ve definitely been to a lot worse ones.

I have not been here in a while, the food is still good especially the fries, the staff was pleasent and nice, tables and dining area was clean. The only reason why I did not rate it a 5 was because the handicap parking is behind the building farthest from the door, this is not a staff issue but an ownership issue. Also some empty supply boxes out back blowing around which may be an isolated issue.

I have now been to this Rally’s about 8 times since it opened. Not once have I gotten what I ordered. I am done giving it second chances. The burgers are always super sloppy with too much condiments crammed inside making the bun soggy instantly. I am aware that it’s fast food, but this is bad even for fast food. Clearly management doesn’t care about repeat customers.

Overall, the people were nice and the food was basically good. I am dinging one star off because they missed several things from my order. They were happy to make it right, but they should have checked before giving me the food. Also, we ordered two burgers without the bun and this apparently completely made them unravel. All the items were wrapped separately and as mentioned several were missing the fried mushrooms off the fried mushroom burger, the mayo and bacon off the other burger. They put all the patties for both burgers in one container so we were joking “some assembly required”. The only ding on the food was the parm garlic fries. They were overpowered with garlic and a little soggy, but were still good tasting.

I am so glad Rally’s is back the return of Rally’s is a wonderful and exciting addition to the restaurant environment. I give them 10 Stars if it were possible. Thing I love about relatives of food is always hot, fresh and delicious.
