As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

FIRST OFF LET ME START BY SAYING THE RALLY’S ON WOODROW WILSON AVE IN JACKSON MISSISSIPPI HAS THE WORSE PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE. THE MANGERS ARE WORSE AT COMMUNICATING THAN THE CREW MEMBERS.THE STORE NEVER OPENS AT 10AM AS STATED ON THE SIGNS ON THE WINDOWS. THEY HAVE CREW MEMBERS TAKING FOOD OUT THE BACK DOOR THERE IS A SUPER LONG WAIT FOR 1 ITEM. PLEASE LET CORPORATE KNOW THAT THEY NEED BETTER PEOPLE RUNNING AND WORKING AT THIS LOCATION THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT GOOD FOR ANY BUSINESS.

Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at Rally’s!! We ordered the 4.00 meals. We did not receive our apple pies!! When we told them they informed us that it would be a while on the apple pies. We let them know that we couldn’t wait and asked could we get a discount/money back for the apple pies. The manager had an attitude with us and no!! All of this took place after a 10-15 min wait and they were all standing around talking. Here is a picture of the bacon cheddar burger. This took place at store #9487 on Woodrow Wilson in Jackson, MS!!

I spent a total of $29.07 cents at this place. Being From TX I love stopping at Rally’s/Checkers when I can. However I pulled up to the speaker at 12:15 am. My order was taken at 12:30 am. Got to the window and didn’t leave until 1:15 am. Took forever to get my order, girl at the window was eating and rubbing her stomach under her shirt. I ordered a Baconzilla only to get a regular cheeseburger. I ordered a 10 price classic (bone in) lemon pepper wings and the girl at the window asked me at 1:05 am if she could give me two boneless because “ we is closed anyway”. Excuse me? Anyway, the wings were gross! I would love for a manager to contact me because this isn’t the customer service I KNOW FOR A FACT HE OR SHE IS ALLOWING! Refund me also! I only want to pay for bacon when I eat it!
