As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

3 stars because the lady at the window was nice, I ordered a half pound chicken bite box that’s chicken and fries well we got chicken no fries and no BBQ sauce, I ordered 2 rally burgers with cheese which were not fresh the lettuce tasted odd and the loaded fries weren’t even a full order of fries? none of it was fresh. Definitely not what I expected I can’t even get on the website because my receipt didn’t have the store number address or anything on it it just says “my store” ‍♀️

I thought I would try this location while waiting for a nearby bus connection. I have attempted to enter this location on two separate occasions, both in the middle of the afternoon. Each time, the inside lobby was closed, with employees just sitting around. The first time I was there, I was told that they were switching out workers and it would take about 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and the place was still closed. I decided to give them a chance and waited a little longer, but then left because my bus was coming.

The employees were so AMAZING! but you can tell that they are not given the best tools to keep the area clean nor do they have enough condiments. However, One woman used a bucket and soap and water to do what she could and the woman who took the orders did all she could to get my order correctly. the Cook was a woman as well and she brought my food out and made me smile. 🙂

The food is usually good and lately there’s been no wait. I did make the mistake and asked if the fries were hot; she said ‘they’re always hot!’ They reinserted them in the hot oil when given back to me. I didn’t like the oily fries.

This location needs some work. I ordered a Rally Burger after waiting for a long time to give my order. After saying “thank you” twice and getting no acknowledgement proceeded to the pick up window and got a cold burger. However, the cashier was nice. I used to stop by this location on a regular basis. I may give it one more chance. Sorry Rally’s. Love my Clarksville, IN location though!!
