We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Place was dirty and smelled bad. There were only two employees one taking orders for 3 lines 1 cooking and 1 standing around “”managing”” took for ever to place an order, tool for ever to get food and once we got food it wasn’t that great. I love rallys I live there fries most. This one was better than a lot of the ones in this area but nit great.

The burger I bought was so tiny you could call it a child’s burger. I was very disappointed. Especially because the pictures of the burgers on the menu looked delicious and large or at least a normal sized buger not a kids meal lol. Well I did like the fries, they were pretty good but still doesn’t make up for the fact that my burger was small and my meal was $8.78 for a “cheese champ” buger, a medium fry, and medium drink. That’s ridiculous for how tiny it was. Never going back here again.

Normally get really good food here but today, not so much. We went before lunchtime and ordered 2 spicey chicken doubles, 2 mushroom swiss, 6pc monsterella stix and a med fry. (over $20 worth of food) and after paying for it, was sent to pull forward to wait. My blood sugar was really low and we were so hungry but that was fine because I knew it would be fresh and they were a little busy. After 20 minutes, they brought out the wrong order. The girl said said she’d be right back and after waiting 10 more minutes, my daughter went to the window and asked for the manager and told her what was happening and that we needed our money back. The manager rolled her eyes and gave our money back. No apology, just attitude. Really Rallys?! I know y’all can do better!

Too many issues at this rally. Wait time are long. Internet down. So no sales. We can only take cash right now. The only cash one wouldnt be a problem if they told you that as soon as u pulled in. But they wait 10 min to tell. Most people don’t carry cash anymore

Used the drive thru. The drive thru is now an automated voice. I hate it. Had issues ordering a simple meal. Id much prefer a person taking my order and the staff hate it too based on how miserable they looked when I brought it up. I was super nice to the staff and they were understanding. So disappointed. Moved to KY 6 mos ago and never had rallys before. 1st time it was awesome, 2nd time just OK. Last night was awful!! The only part of the order they got right was the drinks, and those were warmish and all over the outside of the cup. No drink carrier, missing items, wrong items, and just poor quality food. The fish sandwich, that we did NOT order, was so tough you couldn’t chew it and not good even if it had been fresh. The smoky bacon burger had NO BACON!!! We discovered later it may have had bacon bits on it. Bacon BITS!! The mushrooms were good….
