As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The employee at the window had a bad attitude and he was rude! The fries were cold. If this were the first negative experience I had at thos particular Rallys, I wouldn’t put a bD review on here. Beware of using their deals at this location. Wanted their 2 for $4 deal, they will appear confused about the deal then ask if you want sides-I choose 2 medium fries. Ended up paying close to $10. Lesson learned-any addition of sides I think cancels the deal and you pay full price. The receipt has the amounts missing. Similar issue on my previous visit a few months ago.

I wish you could give no stars these people forget something literally every time and I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food they offered me nothing for my wait. I have been going to this place since it opened and they STILL can’t get a solid staff. ️ Service. Asked for extra onions they gave me a single onion ring on each burger.
