As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

If we could give negative stars i definitely would have. Dirty and gross is an understatement. Should have turned and walked out the minute we walked in. Girl on cash register didn’t or couldn’t understand our order took it wrong wasn’t very friendly…rude. Girl working getting order together was burping out loud. All three employees looked like the rolled out of bed and didn’t want to be there. I can go on steer clear.

If you go make sure you check the chicken step box to make sure you have all the same size, we got 6 regular and 2 tiny small ones. We went through the drive-through and I didn’t notice that we had two small in the box until we were down the road, otherwise I would’ve have taken them back.

So I went in to get some food for lunch and noticed that one of the employees wasn’t changing their gloves after handling the raw meat and making sandwiches. I asked if they could change the gloves before handling the rest of my sandwich and the employee said “I don’t have time for all that”. This is one of the biggest health concerns and will make someone sick. That is a huge cross contamination issue and will not be eating here anymore and will be sure to tell others not to as well.
