As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food is good, but shakes and burgers seem to have gotten smaller recently. The workers do their job and you do get your food they have tables but the view isn’t the best with oil changes next door and traffic right there in your face. Hopefully the bypass post-tornado facelift continues to improve the area. They do have a walk up window.

We were given half a cup of a drink we didn’t even order. When we asked for a full cup of the correct drink, the cashier had an attitude and acted like we were making it up and had drank it or something. The brookies they gave us were also cold. When we called the manager he got an attitude also! I’m not one to “Karen” but this is not the first time I’ve witnessed a complete lack of care or professionalism.
