We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Honestly, refreshingly great service!! This was a couple of weeks ago, we were asked to park and they would bring out our fresh chicken. The service and cleanliness of the store was impressive. This has always been my go to long day late night place. But the past couple of years have gotten so bad I wouldn’t even order fast food from them, kind of bad. Normally I wouldn’t bother with a review, but I was so impressed with the new team they built I thought they deserved a shout out during these trying times.

Stole $5 from me, I ordered on the app and when I got there was told they couldn’t do the sundae. They also did not give me my 2nd drink which is stated on the receipt. I was told they wouldn’t refund and they walked away from the window. I tried calling 3 times afterwards to no answer. Do not go here.

Was told “one moment” to order waited 15 minutes, someone came back on started to order, was yelled at “one moment ” waited another 5 minutes and they asked for my order. I started to order, ordered a shake was told they didn’t have any ice cream. I said no problem scratch that and finished ordering my sandwiches. Came back on and asked if I still wanted the first two sandwiches and I said yes. But clarified my last sandwich. Was told to pull forward. I was the only car in the drive through and was rudely handed my drinks without saying a single word. Waited another 5 minutes then told to pull around to the Doordash window so I could have my food thrown to me through my passenger door. That was the absolute rudest service for mediocre food.

Absolutely horrible, don’t bother. Customer service doesn’t exist. Couldn’t fulfill our order, tried to offer soft drinks in place of shakes which we declined. Couldn’t cancel our order, gave no help whatsoever. Second time in a row, never going back.

I have been getting more and more rallys! Ive never really had it before because no one seems to go there, but im sick of the other food spots around right there and heres my take. The food tastes delicious and real compared to MCnasty, the frys are now on my top 5 favourite, which is rare for a fast food place. Poor customer service. You have to repeat your order several times if you want it to be correct. Always check your order before you pull off (leave), ask for napkins, ask for salt, pepper or any condiments. Make sure you also get your receipt and your change matches. If placing a large order place it at the window not the order intercom. Remember check your order and make sure it’s correct. Open the sandwich wrapper and check. They will charge you for extras like cheese tomatoes pickles and onions and don’t put it on your order. They all act like they are high from smoking a blunt. I ordered 2 of the Deep Sea Double Fish with everything on it and got 2 regular fish sandwiches with lettuce and tartar sauce plus paid almost $2 for extras.

Ordered doordash put Mayo on a burger that doesn’t get it, didn’t put xtra bacon when I paid for it or fries on it I paid for. Refused to redeliver. Had to get doordasher credits. Called the store 3 times they never answered. Horrendous customer service.

Well I work second shift I get off late at night so I frequent Rally’s quite a bit after work because they’re open late. I went there last night and it was in the midst of a terrible storm. The drive-thru was packed and I had to wait a little longer than usual. But I have to say I have never received any better customer service than I the last night.
