As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I asked for a large ice cream cone and the old lady took my money first then said they only have one size. When she gave it to me before I could get my hand back in the car it broke. They always make you wait out the window when they see you come up to the window also, it is very dirty and they’re trash all over the floor. I don’t understand how they are not under new management or Have a health code violation. The kids use only one glove to make the sandwich , while the other hand Still touch the food I don’t feel is the kids fault that work there is the fault of management for not supervising them like they should

I ordered 2 2for $4.50 and made one a meal but the robot isn’t the issue for assuming I wanted to make 2 of them a meal. The issue is a chili dog. I got it and it’s skinny as my pinky, had nothing but chili on it. No onions or ketchup or mustard. Didn’t all that come with it before? What a disappointment.

This is one of the most nasty’s restaurants on 55th I really wanted to give them 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me and it also won’t let me post the pictures that I am about to show you guys this place is humiliating to see if I wouldn’t have got the wrong food and had to get out my car and walk up to The window I would have never known the condition on the inside and the fact that is midday and the manager isn’t there really speaks high volumes of how this place is they need to be shut down immediately
