We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Love Rally’s, but this specific location is just disappointing every time. I ordered the Bacon Roadhouse combo. The sandwich I got was missing one of the burgers and the bacon. The burger also looked like a kid burger patty. Here is the sandwich description from their menu – BACON ROADHOUSE

Every other time I’ve been there the employees act like I personally ruined their lives. No other fast food joint in Franklin has so many depressed, angry, or apathetic employees. The food tastes pretty decent, but it’s not good enough to make talking to those people worthwhile. Also, 100% those hotdogs will give you diarrhea (they taste great tho). The employees make this place terrible, but they earn the second star because the baconzilla is phenomenal.

I think the quality of Rally’s is good, I like their food, drinks, etc. But this Rally’s has, in my opinion, poor service. My friends and I went at around 10pm and arrived a little after, nearly a whole hour before their website says they close. When we got there however, they told us they were not serving anyone at the time, even though there were two or three employees chatting together at the counter, clearly visible through the window. This was my first experience at this Rally’s and if it wasn’t the only one in Franklin I would definitely not go again.

We ordered a 6 piece mozzarella sticks and a small boneless wings. that’s it. There was no cars behind us. There was 1 car in front of us. They hadn’t even put our wings in the fryer until we reached the window. We paid. They asked us to pull up and park and wait. 15 minutes later they brought are food. It takes 3-4 minutes to fry most items. Why did it take 15??? Wont be back.

Go thru drivethru and get my food and I look in the bag and noticed I was missing a small fry, well when I looked up all 3 employees were staring at me like they knew and hoping I wouldn’t notice. Then while they were getting my fry I looked in my chicken box which before there used to be at least 15-20 chicken bites and like a med fry all in that box, well there was 6 chicken bites and a small fry I could see the bottom of the box when I asked they said new policy they are cutting back on pieces! I was like and keeping the same price? This store is a joke and so was the customer service. Then the best part I told them no pickle or onion on my sandwich and when I got home there was an onion. Since when does a Buford get white cheese? I have never seen white cheese on it.

The employees were too busy cussing and throwing cups at each other, so we waited about 10 minutes just for our drinks, and then another 5 for our food. Every time the lady at the window would give us something she’d slam the window afterwards. The hours they have stated online are not correct, they usually close at 9/10pm instead of midnight like it says online. Not coming back here again.

Worst customer service I have every seen today. The guy at the window who seems to be a manager, was the worst i have seen here in years! The food i got was fresh as asked for but the portion size was the smallest I have ever seen. 10 chicken bites and 13 fries for 3 dollars. Y’all need to work on your management people skills.

Guys, I go out of my way to make it to this location. They rock out loud! And unlike other food chains-have never messed up my order. Really great food, and always super fresh tasting after my 10 minute drive home. 😉
