As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Under extremely difficult circumstances Aaron provided the absolute best service I could’ve asked for. He was working by himself with a broken drink machine and did a great job. He was apologetic and made every attempt to fix the situation. Under those circumstances I probably would’ve walked out myself but Aaron was sticking around and serving customers. He showed a massive amount of integrity and I appreciate his efforts to provide service!

Horrible service. I have been in this area for 6 years now and I finally said I’m going to write a review. I am currently without my car and had to use Doordash. My order was cold and I am posting the picture of the big Burford I received. Mind you the only thing I did not want on it was ketchup and I added bacon. I will never go/order from here ever again. I’d starve. O and to top it off the order was $35 and they were trying to only give me back $8. I have a 3yr old and a 13yr that I ordered for besides myself.

Wrost customer service ever. Today the 5 of June 2023. It was around 7 o’clock.I just went to Rally’s and found a short guy (black) with red Rally’s shirt on. he told me that they were close. I asked why? He said he don’t have to tell me and I proceed to ask why again. He then started cursing me out and screaming at me, just to say “BECAUSE AM THE ONLY ONE HERE”. I never been treated like this before. I hope he never get to act like this with another customer.

Horrible they can’t make simple orders. This is the third time I’ve ordered the same thing the 2 for 6 double rally burger ketchup and mayo onl. The ring it up correctly but give me regular sandwiches. The last time I went I had them fix it again and they gave me two of the exact same sandwiches not the ones I ordered.

No matter what time you go, you wait ten or more minutes to order, then wait another 15 to get your food and when you do get your food it is almost always cold or wrong order or both. No way to get out of line when you are in it. Feeling trapped and hungry. UPDATE I tried this place again only this time I got sick! The Big burford that I ordered and ate half of made my stomach ache, I looked at the sandwich and it was red in the middle. I threw up and poo all night and for the next 2 days!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!
