We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I pulled in I was asked to please give them a moment. There was 1 car ahead of me and 3 people at the walk up. I waited over 20 minutes and left. I understand if you were busy. But I don’t believe that was the case. I think they forgot I was there.

Avoid this location if you’re expecting fast service. We waited 20 minutes and would have left if there was any way to get out of line. There was only 2 people working and they were moving in reverse. Once we got to the window we saw how nasty dirty things were. Greasy fingerprints covered the windows and the cash register screen and their uniforms looked like they hadn’t been washed in months. Filthy, filthy, filthy!!!

I love Rally’s food. No denying when the employees are actually providing good service, the food is good. However, today I officially I hated Rally’s. The drive through employee decided to engage in conversation for 10 minutes with the one other car ahead of us. A friend or family member I’m not sure, but it was over 10 minutes and we were the only other car in line. I’m tired of spending money on poor service. Rally’s has some of the worse customer service no matter where I go in Indianapolis. The attitude and over all experience is something I have to mentally prepare myself for before going to the restaurant. Dear Franchise owners, I know Rally’s is a good cash cow franchise but take better care of your business and train the people better on customer service. I know you’re located in black neighborhoods mostly, doesn’t mean black people do not want better service.

This place is garbage after 10pm. Ordered four meals and only had 3 when I got to the window. Claimed she couldn’t hear me for the other order. Could be because of the loud music you were listening to. After repeating my order to her for the third time, I still get shorted a sandwich and a fry. No hair net, grabbing good with her bare hands after scratching her head. I will not return to this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. If you see erguson on your receipt just trash the whole order.

I don’t know what’s gone wrong with Rally’s locations at least the past few months, but I will not being going back any time soon. My boyfriend and I thought we would try this one since we’ve had multiple terrible experiences at a different location. This one wasn’t much better. We were able to place our order right away, and we were the only car there initially. But we had to repeat our order three times at the drive up, and part of it again when we got to the window. Surprisingly, all of our food was correct, albeit lukewarm. My boyfriend ordered a coke, but received diet. Informed the gal at the window. She made him a different one, where he watched her get if from the regular coke dispenser. It was diet again. So this time we pulled in the park and he took it to the walk up, asked for a cherry coke instead and informed her maybe the coke and diet coke dispensers were switched. She said absolutely nothing to him either time. No apology, nothing. So we go to drive away. He says it barely tastes like cherry, but he could tell it was. I took a sip. It tasted like dirt. Honest-to-God actual dirt. He tasted it again and said the same. Suffice to say, we will not be returning to ANY Rally’s location in the near future. Extremely disappointed.

I had lousy service. The Apple pies had no sugar or cinnamon on them. They also weren’t put in my bag. I had to go back for my order to be completed. This is the 2nd time that the shake machine was down. I was also over charged $1. The drive thru lane has so many pot holes, you have to be extra careful not to mess up your car.

The workers were more concerned about their conversation than giving good service. The drink I ordered tasted funny and girl had attitude when I asked for a different drink. We didn’t get our apple pies and the fries were not good! Won’t go to this location again!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The mgr is rude and always has an attitude. Today fries were cold and so hard it was like a now or later to chew on. The last time my banana split shake was a plain shake no pineapple chunks or strawberry chunks in it and for almost 5 dollars it should have had at least one frigging chunk. This place really ruins my love for Rallys.

They weren’t able to serve over half of the menu, when I pulled into the drive thru! The 1st thing I ordered was a Carmel Cheezecake Desert Shake. They said the machine was down. So, I tried wings. They said that’d take 12 minutes. I finally got 2 mushroom n swiss burgers & a pop. We pull to the window & they dont have the mushroom sauce thawed out. Plus, they’re outa ice! If they hadn’t given me free fries, pies, & upgraded me to a frozen slurpee thingy- I wouldn’t be giving 1 star!

I wish I could give no stars. Had to pay the exact amount for my food. My drink taste like sparkling water. Took payment and never rang the order up. I’m done with this place. Something is going on here that the owner doesn’t know about. Smh…..
