As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Bad customer service I went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 combos of A Big Buford 2Combo and they only gave me one and then I went inside and told them my situation and they only gave me one since they didn’t give me the combo the first time through the drive thru so I went inside and one of the crew members which was a white guy with two lip piercings who was being racist towards me when I nicely walked in asking for my food that I didn’t get. Then he told me to reorder the combo and I did but when he processed to take my order he didn’t want to give me the two combo meals.

Revelation
At the restaurant I was pulled to a parking space because they said they were cooking the hot dogs fresh, which is understandable. However, I then proceeded to wait SEVENTEEN minutes for them to bring out my food that I ordered, just for the hot dogs to be COLD. In the mean time they helped SIX other customers and proceeded to give them their food, and have them all move through the line within the time it took them to get me two hot dogs.
