As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It seems like almost every time I order food from this place, they are forgetting food or just simply messing up my order. I just spent 50 dollars on food for me and my kids and they didn’t put 2 burgers in the bag and they messed up my chilly cheese fries by putting bacon on them I can’t eat bacon. I just went here yesterday as well, and they messed that order up too. I am not happy with my experience here at all and will probably never eat rallys again because it seems to be the only place that constantly messes up my orders. I called up there to let them know and I got an answering machine telling me they were not accepting phone calls what kind of business are you?

It’s been awhile since I’ve visited a Rally’s and today while working in Muncie Indiana the opportunity presented itself. The staff team at this location is very polite, friendly and eager to help curb the patrons appetites. The food was presented hot and fresh tasting through the drive through with great taste and portion sizes. I tried the advertised Mango Smoothie as well and it didn’t disappoint with its fresh tasting flavor and chilled just right. The restaurant was clean and well organized with a separate drive through for online order pick ups to keep the traffic flowing smoothly.

I pulled up to Rally’s to get something to eat around 12:30-45. Before arriving I looked on the website to see when they closed. It said 2AM, which I am not understanding how are you closed but you’re just sitting in there. Lol so yeah, don’t even bother wasting your time when you’re hungry at night and everything is closed in muncie because mfs don’t want to work.

Expensive but was really good besides not getting very much chicken with the chicken bites. They kind of rip you off with those. But fries are absolutely amazing! Service was really slow and they forgot my dipping sauce so I had to eat everything plain on the way home but other than that good.
