We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly people working there. The young man taking my order at the drive thru seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. I pulled up to the window, he opened it, told me my total, took my card and closed the window. No hello, no smile, no nothing. Then, I get my food(my cold, hard food) and I say thank you, have a great evening with a smile, he totally says nothing and closes the window! I’m like wow!

Staff definitely needs a lot of improvement. Failed to inform numerous customers about not having certain products, refused to give a refund after not receiving half of our order and snatched the bag out of our hands. So we left with no food and out of money.

I’ve had a good experience Doordashing here before. When I pulled up with an order they said they stopped doing Doordash at 11pm, even though I was just there with an order about 15 minutes ago and had no issue. I lost out on the money I could have gotten with that order.

I’ve never had a good experience here. They’ve been closed over an hour earlier than listed then screamed at me from the window they were closed. Waited almost 40 min just to place my order when there were only two cars ahead of me. My sandwich looked like roadkill hit twice and did not taste as expected not to mention landed me in the bathroom for an hour. But the most disappointing aspect is the two what used to be American flags but now look like they’ve been through the next two world wars. The only thing I can say positive is their twisted strawberry cones are extremely tasty.

Part 2. Placed an order online at 1130 and pulled into the drive thru at about 1133. This location doesn’t close until 1 today. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and nobody has been to the window to say anything to me. There’s a woman inside but she’s not making any food even though there were people in the drive thru getting food when I pulled in. I already paid $30 for food and nobody is doing anything. The phone number here is always busy so I can’t call them. I can’t leave yet bc you’ve taken $30 from me and won’t even come to the window to at least give me a refund. This is ridiculous and I really hope someone from corporate sees this and emails me because it’s unacceptable

The Belleville West Main store order takers always say that the coupon machine isn’t working. I’m evidently not the only customer who has dealt with this and it’s been going on for weeks. Rally’s either needs to get the “coupon machine” working or stop sending coupons to me in mail and wasting my time going to the store. They cannot not bait and switch me into paying full price if they will not accept my fully valid coupons as I will just go elsewhere.

Actually, I couldn’t get the good because their “coupon machine” was broken, so i couldn’t use the mailer coupon I had. They’re extremely short staffed at the moment, so expect to wait. I’ve eaten there several time’s and the food is great & fresh if you don’t mind waiting 45 min. I suggest going outside major meal times.

There is one girl who I’m assuming is the manager that everytime i come to this rallys has a BIG attitude. At 10:30 pm today is the time she worked. The food is AMAZING but that one persons attitude is not it and not cooperate friendly and they were REFUSING and yelling they weren’t going to take orders. Everyone else is super friendly and full of energy everytime and the food is great

The past 2 times ive tried to grab food here have been horrible experiences. The first one, the woman spoke through the speaker so rudely i decided to drive further to get something. And the second i waited in like for 10 minutes before leaving. There’s not much professionalism at all. Don’t recommend.
