We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is NEVER open. The staff always say they are closed and it will be 1 to 2 hours before closing or they will just allow customers to wait in the drive-thru and never greet them or come near the drive-thru window. I’m not quite sure what the issue is with this location but they need better trained staff and management.

i come here pretty regularly, and after tonight will not again. They trapped us in their drive thru for nearly 25 minutes because they closed down DRIVE THRU while people were IN IT. but left deliver open, so you have to call into the store to place an order and then go through the deliver line. Unorganized.

So, when you want to get something to eat around midnight, you aren’t left with many choices. Being that Rally’s is open until 2am, it seemed like the best choice. We walked up to the front window and the lady said that they were only doing mobile orders since their truck was there, which didn’t make sense but I understood and decided to get the app and while doing that someone else came out and asked if we were picking up, and I said “not yet” she seemed to get so annoyed she literally said “you’re really going to do that, how rude”

They close the drive thru at whim and demand you place a pick up order on the app. Couldn’t order at the drive through. Update your operating hours to be consistent and clear.

the customer service was absolutely atrocious, denied me service because “their machines were down” but then offered us to come inside if we wanted food. once we came inside they made us wait 40 minutes to receive our order with 1 out of 5 of the items we ordered. talking in the back very disrespectfully about us and even rung out a workers meal in their system in front of us.

First time trying this place from doordash. I’ve had rally’s before but we’re talking when I was like seven. Usually when I have food delivered, I’ll have to reheat the food in the microwave, but not this time. Food was piping hot and smelt super fresh and one of the few places that has really good fries. The food is great quality and inexpensive. Also shoutout to whoever made my order; I ordered a medium drink and got a large. Made my day! If you plan on getting dipping sause, get extra because there kinda small, there BBQ is the best. Will definitely choose this place again!

Tried getting the food I bought after the food delivery truck blocked me and the woman working opened the window and said it’s doordash only then slammed it back shut. Never got my food. This place has gotten horrible. Happened on 3-30-2023 about 1pm.
