As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The only issue was the coupon. I received a phone coupon for a buy a big buffird and get one free. The coupon came through text message. I ordered my meal and proceeded to the window to pay. I gave them my phone with the coupon barcode on it. They tried to scan it but it didn’t work. They then told me the store doesn’t do phone coupons, they don’t take them because it doesn’t work. They only take paper coupons. I was soooo disappointed. There should be a sign or something alerting customers that The phone and electric coupons are not accepted right now. Then management should be alerted to possibly fix this for the future. I ended up just ordering one big Buford with fries and an ice cream. Other than that, The service was great! Actually, probably the best service I’ve received from a Rally’s before. They were kind and the order was ready when I pulled up to the window. If you have an electric and phone coupon, forget about it. Other than that, I recommend this place!
