I’ve been a customer for many years but haven’t eaten at one in several years. What a treat. I ordered the Baconzilla burger, a very meaty, savory, juicy burger. The burger tasted fresh and high quality. Coated French fries were delicious. My buddy got the chicken tenders and fries, he said they were also delicious and wouldn’t share. Service was available only at a walk-up window, not optimal but understandable. The prices were also better than other nearby competitors. The meal was a great value for the money. This was a first-time visit for me, so I was excited to see what the Checker experience was about. The drive-thru was closed upon my arrival. Which was fine because I wanted to go inside and dine in to get the full experience. We waited about three minutes before I order was taken. There were two people on staff. The guy that took our order also made our food. Took about 10 minutes to get our food. Which was subpar, I ordered the chicken and Fry Basket, I say it was decent for $2. I also ordered a small banana shake which was good. The bathroom was closed, trash cans were full. All customers who came in before and after had long wait times. I don’t think I would ever return to Checkers.

This has got to be one of the most disgusting and worst restaurants I’ve been in. Floors were filthy. Bathrooms smelled and looked horrible. Roaches crawling all over the place. No slushies or shakes.. rude staff. Long wait times. ✋️ This place needs a serious re-evaluation and cleaning. I’ve called and reported it to the SNHD.

This was my first visit, and my last. Pulled up to the outdated drive thru menu board to be welcomed by an AI order taker. We tired to order a burger without lettuce. The AI could not understand my order and after the 3rd try, it said it was connecting us to a live team member. No one answered after waiting for 5 minutes. We decided to drive up to the window and a female worker just kept shouting “you have to order at the drive thru.” I told her that the AI bot would not take our order correctly. She said “tough, you have to go back and order through the drive thru.” Now there were 3 cars in the drive thru and I was not pulling back through the line in order to place an incorrect order. We pulled out and drove across the street to McDonalds. I understand Rally’s is trying to be forward thinking with AI but their level of customer service is zero. I work in this same industry as a technology provider and this was extremely disappointing and the rudeness of their worker just cost them my business in the future.

Went there on March 18th and ordered, cashier gave me change but must have given out the wrong order the manager came over and belittled him for 10 mins all the time refused to give me my food or refund because I didn’t have a receipt and I and the cashier told he didn’t give me one. Took 30 mins to solve a problem and when I informed the General manager Olga she said she couldn’t do anything about it because she was short staffed even though she knew the situation happened because they was stealing.

The mushroom buford was awesome! It had both sautéed mushrooms and deep fried mushrooms….so delicious! We also got the garlic parm fries and they were the best we’ve had! They beat Wendy’s and Smashburger 10x over! The fried mushrooms were also delish! We will eat this same meal again….and often now!
