As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Well we ordered 2 shakes 1 vanilla 1 strawberry it was really late but seems to me some questions should have been asked before the dude just decided what we would want. Anyways he lay me know after everything was ordered that they only had enough to make 1 shake and so instead of maybe splitting it into 2 smaller shakes or asking which flavor we wanted he just made a large strawberry and told us he deducted the money, no do u want something else nothing, so needless to say I was upset but these days I just deal with it I hate confrontation and that’s all everyone seems to be looking for anymore so 3 stars cause it was good -2 cause service could use some work

Brought the GF for a quick burger, I have to admit this place has cleaned up a lot. Last visit I didn’t even want to leave a review, it was that bad, bums passed out on the curbs and begging for change in the drive thru. I decided to give Rally’s a 2nd chance, ordered the Mother Cruncher meal at decent price $8. I didn’t order anything but I had a fry and it was nice and crispy. She enjoyed her lunch and I enjoyed the drive and not having to deal with Pan Handlers.

The heavy set woman that works during day shift was very rude. I asked her what option were on the 5 dollar meal and she said , burger, fries, drink and chicken bites. I told her I wanted that. I looked at my receipt and it said mushroom Swiss burger. I also asked for fried mushrooms. When I left, the fried mushrooms were super cold and old, and the mushroom burger was disgusting. That lady had a bad attitude problem. I usually love that location but that was a bad experience
