Older woman at the checkstand with long grey wavy hair was terrible. We wanted to sign up for a card to get a discount on cherries & she had me fill out the paperwork assuming I can get the discount instantly, & she looked at me & said it takes as long as when I enter your information to sign up. Okay why would I wanna sign up if I don’t get a discount on my groceries. Very unhelpful, we were holding up the line trying to get the sign up discount. We ended up paying full price cause she was messing with us & I swear she found it amusing. Asking us if we new anyone in town with a discount card number. Her whole demeanor was weird & she almost seemed like she was having fun toying with us. Then we wanted her to help us with a coupon that was on the chicken & she said some weird thing. Oh you want to try to get another discount? Giggling. Playing games. Very unprofessional & not returning.

I was really excited to order from here again because it’s been a long time since I have seen them in Sacramento. I placed my order and I waited I everybody else. And I waited and then one young woman asked me if I had fries with my order and I said yes I did. So she gave me a bag of fries. I not knowing at the time is that they were giving my food to that young lady. I don’t know what to say about that but I waited 20 minutes for them to remake my order. And it still was not right the second time…smh

take the stupid covid glass down, covid is over, obviously all it does anymore is cause miscommunication of what I am ORDERING, I asked for the garlic parmesan loaded fries and they rang up regular fries! so obviously they can’t hear you over that stupd glass, not to mention this was inside a noisy walmart so that probably didn’t help, I’m giving 3 stars for that reason, because it’s not the workers fault and also I witnessed a worker get cussed out by some cheap sleazball who didn’t want to pay 30 cents for a cup of ice. get a life douchebag!

My 3pc chicken tenders were RAW! My 9 yr old son took a bite and said they taste weird. I looked and freaked out! Not undercooked.. RAW. I took a picture. I was in tears and concerned that he would get sick.

The line was short (2 people in front of me), but the wait was long (25min). The menu has a lot of pictures and makes your mouth water while waiting. However, the product was a different story. I ordered the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher, which is a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon, bbq sauce, and crispy onions. The chicken was dry and the sauce was barely on there, as if they were conserving it. The fries are trash!! So, get the sandwiches only, if you still want to try this place for yourself. If you have the do some shopping, have a friend order as soon as you get in line.

The manager approached my table and with out asking if we had ordered anything, proceeded to inform me that outside food is not permitted, I hadn’t decided what I wanted to order, she assumed we weren’t going order anything, she was rude and her partner stared at us like we were scum, I will never come back to the establishment again and I am going to contact corporate, because if they don’t care about their employees being professional then I will go else where.

I love Rallys Hamburgers, I am very happy there back. I use to go to the one on the corner of Stockton Blvd and 47th when I was a kid, I took the whole family and they all loved it. I hope they open a drive thru so I dont have to go in the Walmart. (it’s inside).

I placed an ordered for delivery with Uber Eats. The meal was delivered without the drink. I tried calling the driver but couldn’t get through. I tried calling the restaurant and no one would answer the phone after calling back-to-back for 15 mins. This is the reason they get two stars. It’s expensive enough to pay for delivery and then to not get your full order–that sucks.

I was extremely tired after a rough week and my boyfriend decided to surprise me with a Doordash order from this place. I woke up from a nap very hungry and excited to eat a burger. I had a bacon cheeseburger. Let me just say I called it after two bites (unfortunately I have experienced this before) . The patty itself was way too flabby and extremely salty. Before long I kept having this heartburn feeling and after going to bed, I felt nauseous and my stomach was very upset. Today is the day after and I am still experiencing these symptoms. I would suggest not eating here otherwise you chance getting food poisoning like I did.
