I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza square cut and an order of boneless wings. The total was $41. The cashier, Olivia, was classless and should not be working in customer service with the attitude she has. I got back home, and my pizza was pie cut and the wings were regular. I called and Olivia answered the phone again, when I told her my order was wrong she told me to come back to the store and hung up. The manager then called me, asked what was wrong and I told her. She told me she’d give me a $2 refund and it’d be another 10 minutes. I don’t know how a medium pizza and wings were so expensive, and I will not be returning based off of the attitude of their “holier than thou” cashier.

Used to love this place, its changed since ralph and rosie arent there, heck the owner is never there. Its dark inside, not inviting at all, if you order a pizza thats the way to do it cause the single slices may have sat there awhile. The last guy that was running the counter was great, great with peoples kids changing thier minds. It would be sad to see a legacy go

Placed an order over the phone and was told 40 minutes. When we went to pick up we paid but then employee came back and said there was a problem wirh the printer in the kitchen so the order was never made and it would be 20 more minutes. Asked for a refund and he didn’t k ow how to do it. Won’t be back unfortunately

Honestly one of the best pizzas you can get in Western NY. Family and friends come from out of town or ask us to bring it whenever we are in the area. Try their pepperoni sweet sauce or either of their chicken pizzas. We try to pickup a pie whenever we are back visiting family.

Ralph and Rosie’s is one of our all time favorite places to eat. They have amazing food. We normally get pizza. The specialty pizzas are awesome, but a good old cheese and pepperoni with sweet sauce and cup and char pepperoni is the best. I also love their bbq chicken wings, and country sweet wings… So good!
