Foods good but it seems they never read the ticket for the order… several times I’ve ordered take out online and things are missing or they add things that I chose to omit. Why have the ability to add extra mac salad or remove onions if they don’t do it? I wish they would double check before they package it up. Probably won’t visit again because it’s such a hassle for them to get the order right. Buyer beware.

The short ribs have too much fat and gristle. Rice looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The chicken ramen was mediocre. Broth lacked flavor. Bamboo shoots were tough. Order at the counter. You have to holler for an employee to come out of the kitchen to ask for napkins. The restaurant is a fusion of Japanese, Hawaiian, and Filipino.

Had the tonkotsu ramen delivered via DoorDash and it was really good. Loved how they packaged the noodles separate from the broth. The broth had good flavor and the pork was yummy. The mushrooms added a nice texture. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

For Mother’s Day, decided to try sunbathing new, my pick. Unconventional, but delicious. Turns out there’s a new one out by us, but this one in Antioch had a good flavor. Overall the staff was very friendly but also felt like we were in the way being there. Could be worth trying again…

My wife, mom and I just ate at Ramen 101 here in Antioch, great food and excellent service! The food was nice, fresh and hot served quickly and presentable, 3 bucks for a can of soda is the only thing I would complain, but other than that, it was well worth the money and well be back! Super friendly service!
