The price on the ramen keeps going up and now it’s $16 for a bowl, plus I bought the chicken karaage for $10 and it taste like old oil and I can’t even take another bite. This is a complete waste of money. I tried to continue to support this restaurant over and over again but it keeps getting worse. They seem to not care about their customers hard earned money.

If I could give less than 1 star, that would be my actual star rating. This place was EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING. One minute after placing my order, my ramen was brought to my table. The texture of the noodles was off, and the broth was no better than water. My grilled squid was cold and chewy. The meal was so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I will never step foot in that place again.

We visited Ramen101 today during the lunch time. Their staffs are very friendly and I guess most of them are very young( around 18 ~20 year-old),so please be nice to them. We ordered the non-spicy Shoyu Ramen, non-spicy Seafood Ramen, and a new appetizer Garlic squids. All of them are look good and taste good! Definitely will visit next time.

We had black garlic ramen and to katsu ramen with takoyaki and spam masubi. It was 4pm and our food came out incredibly fast.

Me and my girlfriend love to actually taste different food. Working in the food service, everything looks the same. We love this place, because it provided our paladar with new ground. I ordered the rib ramen. Love that the ramen is euphoria and the ribs are delicious.

For the tonkotsu there are good things like how quickly it is served the portion of the pork slice, portion size. But I wish it was more creamy, and the egg was not hard boiled and cold. Spice level was solid. I would like to come back to try a more creamy ramen. The squid was also good but it was a lot to eat. Spend 27 dollars for the squid and the ramen, it might be overly on the price but that’s okay. There was parking and it wasn’t busy. You pay up front too before eating.

I would consider this more fast food quality. Good flavor ramen and super cheap, but lacks a little depth. Just a warning, the setup of this restaurant is super weird. It looks like it would be self serve but it’s not. You have to put your name down on the list to wait for a table; when your table is ready you go to the counter to order and pay and they bring your food to your table. Interesting concept. Gotta get your own chopsticks and napkins.

Small venue. Great for one on one dinner’s. I had the Chicken Ramen. The atmosphere was nice, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was really good and you can add spicy flavorings at the table as well.
